Dr. Constans Curtin Biography
died April 10, 1842, aged fifty-seven. He was a native of Ireland, and emigrated to this county in 1806.
He completed his professional studies under Dr. Benjamin Rush, of Philadelphia, and located in Bellefonte in 1810.
He was an accomplished and skillful physician, whilst his hospitality and generosity endeared him to a numerous circle of friends and acquaintances.
