Reverand Robert C. Bryson Biography
Reverand Robert C. Bryson, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Pine Grove Mills, Centre Co., died April 13, 1873. Mr. Bryson was born Dec. 3, 1828.
He prosecuted his academical studies at Danville, Lewisburg, and McEwensville, and afterwards graduated at Princeton.
He was licensed to preach in 1859, and was first installed as pastor over the church of Ashland, Pa., by the Presbytery of Northumberland. About the year 1868 he was called to the Pine Grove Church Presbytery of Huntingdon, where he soon won the confidence, esteem, and love of all who knew him.
